General rental conditions
Rates include:
· The rental of the cottage furnished and equipped, electricity, water, gas, heating, sheets and towels for bath, access to the swimming pool, bicycles on the spot, wifi access.
. Family amenities (travel crib and high chair) is available upon booking’s request.
. For short stay, final cleaning is included.
Rates do not include:
. Tourist tax, 1.09€ / day/ adult,
optionnal final cleaning (long stay) 35€ for iris or vigne, 30€ for olivier, be paid on place.
· Small animals are allowed with prior agreement of the owner and final cleaning must be taken (short and long stay).
Terms and booking conditions
· Rentals are by week saturday to saturday (april to september), dates suitable for off season (october to march)
· Short stays from 2 nights or 3 nights depending of the period and from october to march. Don’t hesitate to contact us.
How to book
. On line with the plateform 3 D secure – (visa o mastercard)

· Complete a booking request or contact us by phone, we will send you a holiday rental contract which will be returned signed with the down payment of 30%.
Conclusion of holiday rental contract
· The reservation become effective when the owner received the down payment of 30% of the due total amont with the terms of general rentals conditions accepted. At reception, a confirmation will be sent to you
· The balance will be paid upon arrival o during the week before arrival by bank transfer.
Payment accept
Down payment: bank transfer or credit card with the booking on line.
Balance: bank transfer, cash
Cancellation
· By the lodger: the down payment will acquired to the owner except when this last one find a new lodger for the same period.
· By the owner: the down payment will be restored to the lodger.
. You can subscribe a cancel insurance via the booking online.
Capacity / insurance
. Rental is established for a precise number of people, according to the gite, and from 1 to 5 people.
. An inventory will be done the day of arrival and departure, any loss or damage will be compensated
. The lodger is required to be insured under a contract of personal insurance, or a specific contract limited to the longth of stay.
Swimming pool
. The pool is fenced with a lockable gate for the safety of our children and according to the standard. One key by gite is given to the tenant.
. The pool is to be shared between the three gite, it use is under full responsibility of tenants.
. Pool with salt water, 5m x 10m, not heated, open from may to october.
Accessibility
Parking: Large outdoor car park on site below the cottages.
No access for people with reduced mobility.
Arrival/departure
From april to september
· Arrivals are between 3 PM to 7 PM. In case of late arrival o delayed, the owner have to be inform.
. Departure, no later than 10AM.
From october to march
·Arrivals and departures have to be specify by the lodger to the owner and according to the avaibility of the rental.
